Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1200 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Parties or any private events are strictly not allowed.
The number of guests in the unit may not exceed the amount booked for or the capacity of the unit.
The property is not allowed to be used for any illegal activities.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the booking provider.
Parking bay B17 is the only one allowed to be used.
Pets are not allowed inside the apartment or complex.
No noise or loud music is allowed after 22:00.
Check-out is at 10:00 unless arranged otherwise with the hosts. Please note that this needs to be arranged 1 working day before check-out.
If the keys or remote are lost, a fine will be issued.
Guests are required to wash any dishes prior to departure.
All used towels need to be left in a pile on the bathroom floor.
The geyser needs to be switched off on departure.
Please ensure that you clean the rooftop braai once you are done using it.
Please use electricity sparingly and do not leave any unnecessary lights on.
Trash bags can be emptied during your stay at the bins placed in the fire escape at the end of the passage on your floor.
On departure, please drop the keys in the 1003 postbox.
