House Rules

The apartment is located on private property, and no visitors or entertainment are permitted. The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. Complimentary snacks and amenities are provided on arrival.
Smoking, vaping, and the burning of incense are not allowed inside the apartment.
Guests are requested to ensure that all lights and electrical appliances are switched off, and windows are closed before leaving the apartment at any time. The main gate is to be closed securely after entry and upon departure from the premises.
The apartment is self-catering, and cleaning services are available during weekdays only. No cleaning services are provided at weekends. Laundry services are available for long-stay guests from Monday to Friday at an additional cost, payable directly to the host.
With the exception of complimentary snacks and beverages provided at check-in, no items may be removed from the apartment. This includes bathroom linen such as bath, hand, and face towels, as well as any other items provided for guest use during the stay.
Free secure parking and free Wi-Fi are provided for guests’ convenience.
Unethical conduct, damage to the apartment, or failure to adhere to the house rules will be treated seriously and may result in a negative guest rating and charges applied to the guest account.
