Description

Piccolo Villa offers the perfect getaway for couples or small families. This luxury self-catering unit, located in St Helena Bay, is just 10 m from the shore on a private beach paradise. It features a secure patio and a braai area right on the beach.

The Villa includes one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and basin. The king-size bed, complete with electric blankets, can be converted into twin beds and offers stunning ocean views. The bedroom also has a separate door leading to the covered patio and beach area. For outdoor enthusiasts, there is a warm outdoor shower available.

The open-plan kitchen and living area have doors that open onto a small lawn leading directly to the beach. The lounge features couches that can convert into single beds or serve as comfortable chairs. The Villa is air-conditioned, and the kitchen area includes a dining table with 4 chairs.

Fully equipped, the kitchen boasts an induction plate, convection oven, coffee maker, kettle, SodaStream, dishwasher, and washing machine. Guests can enjoy DStv and uncapped Wi-Fi. Linen, including bath and beach towels, is provided.

A private roofed veranda with an indoor braai facility is situated on the beach, and an outdoor braai is perfect for those who enjoy cooking outside. The tidal pool in front of the Villa is ideal for families with small children. Additionally, a private lock-up garage is available. During loadshedding, Piccolo Villa ensures the comfort of lights, a running fridge, Wi-Fi, and TV.
