Description
Pierlynne is a double story residential house, with a Garden Cottage, situated in Uvongo with a big garden and partial sea views. Located ± 250m from Uvongo main swimming beach, and close to Manaba, Margate and Shelly beach.
If both units are rented a connecting door may be unlocked and opened for convenience
It consists of 2 self-catering Units (Top and Bottom House), which are identical but with separate entrances. In addition, there is a 2-room Garden cottage, next to the car port. For larger groups, the Garden Cottage can be rented together with the Bottom House only to accommodate up to eight guests, subject to availability and an additional fee. Under roof parking for one car per unit. The house caters for a maximum of 6 people per unit and 2 guest in the cottage,
Both units has a Sunroom lounge, open plan TV and dining room (DStv decoder with premium package and Wi-Fi included), 3 bedrooms – main bedroom with double bed, other bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Kitchen – fully equipped, One modern bathroom with bath, shower, vanity/basin, and toilet. In addition, there is a separate toilet with a hand basin.
The Garden Cottage can only be used with the bottom unit and is a comfortable self-catering unit, ideal for up to two guests seeking a peaceful and convenient stay. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and washbasin, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. Linen and bath towels are provided.
The cottage includes a cosy living area with a kitchenette equipped with a two-plate electric hob, microwave, bar fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, and essential kitchen utensils, making it easy to prepare light meals. Please note that the unit does not have a TV.
Guests also have access to a range of shared facilities, including a laundry with a front-loading washing machine and tumble dryer, an outdoor hot-water shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach, and private braai facilities with a stainless steel grid and braai stand allocated to each unit.

Outdoor Shower: A hot-water shower with an exterior entrance, ideal for rinsing off sand and seawater after a day at the beach.
