Pik 'n Wyntjie offers comfortable self-catering accommodation with views of the Kleinbaai coastline, situated within walking distance to Kleinbaai harbour, where the shark and whaleboats launch.
The self-catering apartment is private and has its own entrance and lock-up garage. It is a second-floor apartment with steep steps. It is not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.
The apartment is suitable for 2 guests and has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and shower, and an open-plan living and kitchen area.
The living area is equipped with a dining room table and a TV with access to DStv, Netflix, Disney+, Showmax and Amazon Prime and free fast Wi-Fi is available. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, 2-plate gas stove, a kettle, and a toaster. There is also a dishwasher for your convenience. The fishing town of Gansbaai is located 7 minutes away. Both Southern Right Whales and Great White Sharks frequent the Atlantic waters of the Danger Point Peninsular. Just off Gansbaai, is Deyer Island, the breeding ground of the African penguin, cormorants, and other sea birds. A second island, Geyser Island, is home to some 60 000 Cape fur seals. The passage between these islands attracts the Great White Shark, and has become known as 'shark alley.' Activities and attractions include the Great White Shark Cage Diving from Kleinbaai's harbour, Duiwelsgat Hiking Trail, whale watching, Fynbos Trail, Danger Point Lighthouse, and Klipgat Caves. Gansbaai Golf Course is located 6 minutes away, and there are also a variety of restaurants for visitors to enjoy.
