House Rules
Maximum Occupancy: Exceeding the maximum occupancy of your chalet will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Housekeeping: Units are serviced daily and included in the rate.
Smoking Policy: All units are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
Card Fees: Transaction (card) fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or if funds need to be reversed to a credit card.
Check-in Requirements: The cardholder must be present at check-in and provide a valid ID or passport. The same credit card used for the online payment must also be presented upon arrival.
