UNIT 1:
Raindrops unit is for families only. and takes up to 5 guests (mom and dad in the main room, and up to 3 kids in the smaller triple bunk room)
There is an air-conditioner in the main bedroom, which can cool the whole unit. The bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle toaster, coffee machine and a mini oven. There is a private garden with a portable braai. Netflix and backup power for lights, television, and internet during load-shedding.
UNIT 2
Plane Trees Place is a compact prefab unit that accommodates 1 or 2 guests and more suitable for short stays. The unit has 2 single beds that can convert to a king-size bed, a lounge area, a heat-and-eat kitchenette with a microwave, electric frying pan, fridge, toaster, and kettle, and a bathroom with a shower. It also includes Wi-Fi, Netflix, and backup power for essentials. Secure on-site parking is provided behind electric gates.
The property is within 5 kilometres of Westown Mall and is close to Botha’s Hill, Kloof, Hillcrest, Pinetown, Waterfall, and Westville. Local schools and attractions include Kearsney College, St Mary's, and Thomas More and Curro Hillcrest. Durban beachfront is approximately a 20-minute drive, and Umhlanga can be reached in about 35 minutes.
