Raindrops is a family-only unit designed to accommodate up to 5 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and up to 3 children. The main bedroom is furnished for parents, while the second room features a triple bunk bed for kids.
The unit, also known as Unit 1, includes an air conditioner in the main bedroom, which effectively cools the entire space. The bathroom is fitted with both a bath and a shower for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen offers a fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and a mini oven—perfect for self-catering stays.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with a portable braai (barbecue), creating a relaxed outdoor space for family time. Additional amenities include Netflix and backup power for lights, TV, and internet during load-shedding.
Unit 2 is Plane Trees Place for Couples/Short Stays
Plane Trees Place is a compact prefab unit, ideal for 1 or 2 guests and best suited for short stays. The unit is furnished with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, along with a small lounge area.
The kitchenette is designed for “heat-and-eat” convenience and includes a microwave, electric frying pan, fridge, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.
Guests can enjoy Wi-Fi, Netflix, and backup power for essential appliances. Secure on-site parking is available behind electric gates.
The property is conveniently located within 5 km of Westown Mall and is close to areas such as Botha’s Hill, Kloof, Hillcrest, Pinetown, Waterfall, and Westville.
Nearby schools include Kearsney College, St Mary’s School, Thomas More College, and Curro Hillcrest. The Durban beachfront is approximately a 20-minute drive away, while Umhlanga can be reached in about 35 minutes.
