House Rules

Plum Tree Cottage is taking a short break while upgrades are underway and will reopen in April 2026.
The cottage is currently being upgraded, including the addition of a second en-suite bedroom. Once complete in April 2026, Plum Tree Cottage will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, making it ideal for 2 couples or a small family. Additional improvements include the installation of a new outdoor shower.
Smoking is not allowed in the cottage.
Only guests who booked are allowed to stay overnight
No noise will be tolerated between 20:00 to 09:00.
No parties are allowed in the cottage.
There is a 200 m gravel road to the property and it is suitable for all cars.
Pets are allowed by prior arrangements.
