House Rules
Please note that a rental contract must be completed and returned once the booking has been confirmed through LekkeSlaap. The contract includes a breakage deposit of R7000, which is payable one week prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, provided no breakages or damages have occurred. All house rules outlined in the contract must be strictly adhered to, as the contract is legally binding.
Smoking indoors is prohibited. Smoking strictly outside or on the top patio area. No cigarette butts are to be thrown outside.
