Surrounded by nature and offering uninterrupted views of the bushveld and dam, this is the perfect retreat to slow down, reconnect, and unwind.
Ideal for families or small groups, the home comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, with an additional single bed available for a child on request.
The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A cosy loft bedroom upstairs is furnished with a double bed, while the ground floor offers a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with two single beds. A daybed in the living area can accommodate one child. Both bathrooms include a bath and shower for added convenience.
The open-plan living space, accessed via stairs on the side of the house, is warm and inviting, with comfortable seating and a dining area for shared meals. The kitchen is well equipped for a self-catering stay, featuring a fridge-freezer, microwave, mini oven with a 2-plate stove, as well as a 2-plate gas stove for use during load shedding or power outages.
Step outside and embrace outdoor living at its best. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset drinks on the deck overlooking the dam, gather for relaxed meals on the patio, or spend evenings around the private braai area. For a truly special experience, unwind in the hot tub under the stars.
Guests also have access to a communal swimming pool and additional braai facilities. The dam shoreline is just a short 5-minute walk away.

Located approximately 130 km from northern Johannesburg and eastern Pretoria, and 55 km north-west of Brits, the home offers a true escape from city life. The journey is mostly on tarred roads, with the final 5 km on a well-maintained gravel road, adding to the feeling of being tucked away in nature.
