Description
Praslin 10 is a self-catering apartment overlooking the Ramsgate lagoon and offers a view of the ocean in the distance. The unit is approximately 200 m from the beach, but it is necessary to cross a road to get there. The complex boasts a swimming pool and this unit has a garage as well as secure parking for visitors.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second bedroom contains a double bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. The guest bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Linen is provided, but guests are required to bring their own bath and beach towels. The main bedroom and the lounge are fitted with an air-conditioner; while the other bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with DStv access point. Guests are required to bring along their own decoder and smart card, or you able to rent one from the owner.
There is a large patio which is enclosed with frameless glass sliding panels, so you can braai on the gas braai and enjoy the lovely views even if it rains. There is a patio table with 6 chairs as well as comfortable patio furniture available for your use.
