Was a pleasant stay, could've been better.

The location of the resort is great, and the views are beautiful. However, the fact that there was no Wi-Fi available in the chalets, nor was there any backup power whilst we were in Stage 4 of loadshedding detracted from the experience. Also, the roof of the chalet leaked rain all onto the bed when it rained, and the shower drain was quite blocked. The blocked drain can be excused, but when the roof was leaking and we tried to contact reception on both numbers, there was no answer. That made that night not very nice.
