Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
A refundable security deposit is required. This must be paid prior to arrival and will be refunded after the property inspection, provided there are no damages.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed.
Children must be supervised at all times, as the swimming pool does not have a safety cover.
The property is not suitable for frail individuals, as access may require walking up or down steps when the funicular is out of service.
The apartment next door is undergoing renovations. While there are some visible signs of construction from the upstairs bedrooms and the terrace facing the Twelve Apostles, there is currently no construction noise.
Please note that A small separate flatlet on the property is home to Leonard, who assists with maintenance and guest services. He ensures the pool is maintained, the garden is cared for, and can provide cleaning or local tips as needed.
Authorised staff may use body-worn cameras during evictions, safety threats, property damage, non-compliance, or trespassing. Guests will be notified that the interaction is being recorded. Cameras are only used in common or outdoor areas, never in bedrooms or bathrooms. Footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised staff, and used only for investigations, disputes, or legal/insurance purposes, in line with South African law (POPIA & Constitution)
