Prosperita offers a comfortable self-catering retreat situated on the owner’s property in the heart of Ballito. The unit has been designed with families in mind and provides a peaceful and relaxing base from which the town’s vibrant coastal charm can be enjoyed. Located within proximity to Ballito’s pristine beaches, restaurants, and shops, the property offers guests convenient access to a range of local attractions and leisure activities.
The unit can accommodate up to four guests and comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms and a modern bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and basin. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom contains two single beds. Guests are required to bring their own bath and swimming towels, as well as a hairdryer.
The spacious open-plan living area has been tastefully furnished to create a welcoming and homely atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, oven and stove, washing machine, dishwasher, and built-in cupboards, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and features a TV with full DStv channels, providing a relaxed space to unwind after a day of exploring.
Guests have access to an inviting outdoor braai area and a sparkling swimming pool, offering the perfect setting for a leisurely afternoon. Secure on-site parking is available for one vehicle, and smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
