House Rules
Children aged between 0 and 10 stay free.
Children aged between 11 and 18 pay 100% of the sharing rate.
Please note, the hotel rooms are non-smoking. Any guest that fails to comply, will be liable for a fine of R 1000.00, as well as be responsible for payment of any expenses incurred to return the room to its previous smoke-free state.
No visitors allowed in the rooms of the Queen's Hotel.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated.
If guests damage or break Queen's Hotel property, it must be reported immediately. The guest will then be responsible to replace/pay for the item.
Late check-out fees, and lost key penalties, apply.
The restaurant and bar is currently open every Friday and Saturday night. The restaurant and bar is also open any other evening if there is a reservation of at least 10 people or when 10 rooms have been booked.
