The ground floor flat is fully furnished for 6 people and comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan living area with 2 extra sleeper couches. The main bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite shower, while the other room has 2 single beds, with access to the second bathroom that also features a shower, basin and toilet.
Besides the sleeper couches in the lounge, there are additional seating and a TV with full DStv channels for media entertainment. Free Wi-Fi. Sliding doors lead out to the patio from the living area, which has a table with chairs and braai facilities for guests to use.
The second-floor flat is fully furnished for 8 people and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan living area with 2 extra sleeper couches.
The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and en-suite shower toilet and basin, as well as a ceiling fan and TV with full DStv. The second bedroom has a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. The second and third bedrooms both have ceiling fans and share the bathroom that consists of a bath, toilet, shower and basin.
Undercover parking is available for 1 vehicle, with 24-hour security on-site. Rainwater is located near to the ATKV Resort and is approximately a 500m walk from the beach.
