Die perfekte bos wegbreek. Lieflike huis! Toegerus met alles wat jy nodig het! Ons sal vir seker weer kom! Al die kamers het aircon in, solar sisteem en 'n water filtreer sisteem.

A beautiful stay. It was a very wonderful weekend. The place is so beautiful even pictures on the website don't do justice. The serenity is out of this world.

Wonderlike naweek wegbreek saam met vriende. Absolute bosveld rustigheid! Rafiki's Place was die perfekte plek vir 'n jaarlikse wegbreek saam met vriende. Die huis is goed toegerus en daar was alles wat ons nodig gehad het. Ons kom kuier gou weer.

Okay. The place had electricity issues which left us inconvenienced as the owners failed to communicate it to us until we raised it with the helpers there. We stayed from Saturday until departure upstairs and some plugs were not working. Some of us couldn't even charge our devices.

Rafiki's Place Mabalingwe

Unfortunately, we were not aware of the issue. We discovered that the electrical issue was due to a lightning strike on the house during the storm on Thursday night where parts of the wiring were damaged. The upstairs plug circuit and the Lapa plugs did not function due to damaged wires. Over the weekend, we did have an electrician there to investigate who managed to get the upstairs plugs working but not the Lapa plugs. The balance of the damage was too big and could not be repaired while guests were in the house as the work would create a lot of disturbance. We did keep the guests informed throughout this process and apologised for the inconvenience but the situation was out of our control. This issue has since been rectified and all is in order at RafiKi's Place Mabalingwe.

Lekker man lekker. Amazing stay, enough space for the family. Lapa is amazing. We will definitely make use of Rafiki again.

Amazing kuier! Our stay was very enjoyable with everything we needed and was close to all amenities. It is such a beautiful home, super clean and so comfortable. (The real thing actually looks better than the pictures).
