Description

Rafters Cottage offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished, renovated cottage. The cottage is situated on a residential property in a quiet suburb in Plumstead, where the owners reside.

The open-plan cottage comprises a queen-size bed with luxury linen and ample cupboard space to accommodate for longer stays. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, and bath towels are provided. There is a sleeper couch in the lounge area for 2 children, preferably between the ages of 3 and 15, or 1 additional adult. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, and a microwave, and features a breakfast bar. The cottage is equipped with a TV with a full selection of DStv channels, and Wi-Fi.

Relax in the private courtyard where there are braai facilities available. Guests are welcome to make use of the shared swimming pool on the property, ideal for those hot summer days. Swimming towels are provided in the cottage for guests convenience. Guests have access to their own allocated parking bay behind secure gates.

The location offers access to public transport, Constantiaberg Mediclinic, Melomed Tokai Private Hospital, and Life Kingsbury Hospital. Royal Cape Golf Course is 1.8 km away and Rondebosch Golf Course is 8.4 km away. Guests can visit the Constantia Wine Route, which is 7.5 km from Rafters Cottage.
