Great farm stay, spacious rooms. Raptors Rise was an amazing place. Very clean and friendly staff. The kitchenette I had was well equipped with everything I needed. I do have a few points on things that need attention. 1. The description says walk-in shower; this room had a shower over bath. 2. The bath tub was very slippery and dangerous when showering; a non-slip mat should be provided. 3. The bed in the room was rock hard. 4. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The air conditioning did not work properly; I had it at 17 degrees on fan speed high, just to feel the coolness in the Tulbagh heat. The air conditioning either needs to be serviced or replaced with a newer model; it was a bit old. Other than that, the place was lovely. As a single female traveller, I felt safe. Check-in was easy and check-out quick. The horses in the morning were a lovely surprise.

Relaxing, luxurious, breathtaking view. First of all I have to mention that the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The units at Raptor Rise Farm are very well equipped. They really think of everything you could possibly need. Incredibly beautiful view of the Witteberg Mountains. We will definitely want to visit again soon.
