Rawlingsons is set in a lovely garden and has views of the trout breeding dam, distant hills, and conveniently located just a short walk to the Walkersons 5 Star Hotel and Spa.

Each bedroom has comfortable XL beds with crisp linen, electric blankets and blow heaters to keep you warm on chilly nights.
Main bedroom 1 : King bed, dressing area, en suite with bath & shower. TV.
Guest Bedroom 2 : Double bed, en suite with bath & shower.
Guest Room 3 : Double bed, en suite with shower.
Guest Room 4 : Twin beds, en suite with shower.
Kitchen & Scullery :
Spacious, well equipped open plan kitchen with an island.
5 plate Bosch gas hob, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, fridge/freezer.
Crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle.
Tea/coffee station with welcome rusks, biscuits and milk included.
Separate large scullery with dishwasher & wine/drinks cooler fridge.
Iron & ironing board available.
Living Area :
Cosy lounge with a smart TV including Premium DSTV. Lovely open fireplace.
Free firewood is supplied. On your request, we can refill at a cost of R150 which can be arranged with the servicing staff for cash or buy your own in Dullstroom if you so wish.
The living area leads onto a spacious furnished covered patio with built in braai and a Weber. Patio gas heater for chilly nights.

Fly Fishing :
Fishing permits are required to fish the 13 dams on Walkersons. No guests may fish the Lunskip River. Dam permits can be purchased by using the following link : (Link will be given to you on confirmation). Use Stand 29 as your reference.

Smoking : No smoking indoors. Ashtrays are provided on the patio for smokers.
