A hidden gem with a garden to rival Kirstenbosch and hospitality to match! Lisa is an outstanding host, and Rawsonville Guesthouse is an absolute gem! Communication before our arrival was fantastic, and Lisa was even happy to accommodate a last-minute booking change without the slightest fuss. The thoughtfulness of Lisa and her husband really stood out. They park their own cars on the street so that guests can enjoy secure parking behind closed gates. Now that is hospitality! And then there's the garden. The most lush and beautiful garden I've ever encountered, and I host events at Kirstenbosch Gardens! It's a little paradise filled with butterflies, beautiful greenery and countless peaceful nooks where you can simply sit back, relax and forget about the world for a while. The rooms are comfortably furnished, with lovely firm mattresses for a good night's sleep. A small but brilliant touch that speaks volumes about the owners' attention to detail is the cork provided for the old sash windows that might rattle in the wind. It's the little things that make a big difference! Breakfast was an absolute treat, with delicious, perfectly seasoned hot food prepared to our liking. We felt welcomed, relaxed and completely at peace. In fact, we really didn't want to leave! Naturally, we tried booking our next stay before we'd even properly unpacked from this one. And guess what? They're fully booked! No surprise there. Don't hesitate to book Rawsonville Guesthouse. Just do yourself a favour and book early. A place this special deserves to be discovered, enjoyed and revisited!

Above average, nice and quiet area. Nice cozy place and the fire in the living room was nice and warm for the cold evenings.

Bogemiddeld lekker en rustige area. Lekker cozy plekkie en die vuurtjie in die sitkamer het lekker gebrand vir die koue aande.
