Small and comfortable. The Hobbit Annex is comfortable, with hot water in the shower and electric blankets and heaters. There is also an anthracite heater, but it was really not cold enough to use that. The place is kept clean, and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming. We have stayed there twice, and will be happy to stay there again.

A very pleasant cosy place to stay. Friendly, hospitable host and hostess. Friendly dog and cats. Warm, cosy rooms with fireplace heaters and electric blankets, tea, coffee and rusks. Full breakfast included. Safe parking in the yard. A short walk away from a local inn for dinner.

Perfect. No complaints, very homely hosts who have great knowledge on the location. Offering great dinner at very appropriate rates, very accommodating and eager to help. Definitely visiting again.

Excellent location and value for money. Judy was an incredible host, we arrived very late and she offered to order us pizzas from a local restaurant. The house was clean with all the basics we needed. Parking was inside, but Rhodes is very safe. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. Breakfast was included, but we opted to explore the town, as we arrived late. This unit is within walking distance from the hotel and restaurants.

Very comfortable, perfect for a short winter stay. We went to Rhodes to run the Trail Run. The cottage is within easy walking distance of the start and end venue and the local watering holes. The water in the shower was hot (what more can I say, it was perfect after a long muddy day on the mountain). What was even better was that the rooms are small enough to be heated with fin electric heaters. These can be totally inadequate in a large area. Cooking facilities in the room are a microwave, toaster and kettle, but the kitchen in the main house is available to use. The fridge is big. The TV works and has the sports bouquet! The hosts were very kind and friendly.
