Welcome to Ria’s Rest, a cozy little cottage tucked away in the beautiful Sedgefield Island Conservancy. It’s the perfect spot for 2 guests looking to unwind, with the bonus of both electricity and solar power to keep everything running smoothly.
What you’ll find inside, the cottage is furnished with 2 comfy single beds and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet. Fresh linen and towels are provided, so you can simply arrive and relax.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, induction plate, gas cooker, air fryer, sandwich press/grill, and all your basic cutlery and crockery, along with tea and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen flows into a small dining area and a lounge with comfy chairs, a TV, and fibre WiFi for streaming or work.
Enjoy your own fenced backyard with a neat lawn, ideal for relaxing or for guests bringing their fur kids. There’s also a private braai, and you are welcome to use the swimming pool and braai area on the owner’s side of the property.
Exploring the area, you’re just a 10-minute walk to the water’s edge and the popular Wild Oats Farmers’ Market. Beautiful dog-friendly beaches, restaurants, and estuaries are all nearby. You can also enjoy views of Cloud 9, a world-famous paragliding spot, or take a short 8-minute drive to Gericke’s Point with its amazing rock pools and marine life.
