Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R5000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Complimentary housekeeping is provided from Monday to Friday.
For security and verification purposes, guests are required to present a valid ID or passport upon check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors.
Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services may be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
To ensure a sustainable and comfortable experience for all guests, electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy that allows a reasonable daily consumption. In cases of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, an additional fee will apply.
