House Rules
Guests are requested to be respectful of shared spaces and to leave them neat and tidy after use.
Guests may not change the settings of any electrical appliances or machines without consulting the property manager.
Guests are required to respect the designated check-in and check-out times.
No parties or large gatherings are permitted.
Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
Illegal substances or activities are strictly prohibited.
Smoking, vaping, and hookah use are not permitted inside the rooms. Cigarettes must be disposed of in the ashtray provided outside.
No pets are allowed on the property.
Only registered guests are permitted on the premises.
Guests are requested to take care not to damage furnishings or ornaments.
The braai or fireplace may not be left unattended. Guests must ensure that fires are fully extinguished before going to bed or leaving the property. Coals may not be placed in the trash bin, and braaiing is not permitted in the indoor fireplace.
Guests must ensure that all windows and doors are securely closed and locked when leaving the property.
Cleaning materials, bathroom amenities, and firewood may not be removed or wasted.
Guests are requested not to sit on the toilet lid.
Refuse collection takes place on Thursdays. Guests are requested to place all disposable items and black bags outside the gate or to request assistance if needed.
