Definitely 5 stars from start to finish. This was my 2nd stay at Rissington Inn. Again 5 star from start to finish. I can't say enough how friendly and helpful the staff are. They are top class. I was very pleasantly surprised when I got an "upgrade" room. But I must also say that the Sakpas room is also 5 star. The Nespresso machine is the icing on the cake as I don't drink instant coffee at all. The breakfast is also 5 star.

All the little things they do, e.g. the delicious lemonade when you check in, there is even sherry in the room (I don't drink, but it was really nice). Beyond our expectations. Great. Thank you for upgrading our room. It was a total surprise. From reception to our rooms, the service was exceptional. The morning breakfast was outstanding. Surely will come back now as a whole family.
