Truly 5 stars in every way. Everything was really 5 star. The staff were all really friendly and helped me carry my bags. All the little things they do, e.g. the delicious lemonade when you check in, there is even sherry in the room (I don't drink, but it was really nice). The icing on the cake was the Nespresso machine in the room. I don't drink instant coffee at all, so for me it was amazing. The breakfast is definitely 5 star too. I did stay in the Sakpas room, but it was very far from Sakpas. Even the toiletries were amazing.
