House Rules

- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Quiet hours from 22:00 to 08:00
- Jacuzzi usage only from 09:00 to 22:00
- No events allowed
- No commercial photography and filming allowed
- Price is for the number of people specified in the booking only, with the maximum being 8
- Guests use the pool area at their own risk
- No additional people are allowed to enter the premises without prior consent
- The upper house with permanent tenants living there is not part of the rental and may not be entered
- Parking is available off-street for 2 cars only
- Please leave the unit as you found it, and dishes should be washed up
