House Rules
Please note that the property is not suitable for babies or toddlers due to stairs, open areas, and direct access to the river. The home is therefore best suited to older children, adults, and families without small children.
Parties, functions, and loud music are not permitted, as the property is located in a quiet river environment where nature, privacy, and tranquillity are respected.
Optional extras include the use of a pontoon boat for up to six guests, which includes life jackets. A luxury spa and a wine estate restaurant are also located within easy walking distance.
Please note that a once-off check-in and cleaning fee applies.
River and boat use are strictly at guests’ own risk.
