Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R3000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
To ensure a seamless and well-maintained experience for all guests, the following applies to each reservation:
A refundable breakage deposit is required with every booking. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, once the property has been inspected and confirmed to be in good order. Kindly note that guests are responsible for providing the relevant banking details to facilitate the refund.
A once-off cleaning fee applies to each stay. This allows our housekeeping team to prepare the home to the highest standard, ensuring the property is immaculate and ready for your arrival.
For guests wishing to explore the reserve more intimately, our private game drive vehicle is available at an additional fee of R1,600 per day, inclusive of fuel. A refundable damage deposit of R5,000 is required when reserving the vehicle.
For added indulgence during your stay, mobile spa treatments can be arranged in the comfort of the home. These services are available on request and at an additional cost, offering the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind in a tranquil bush setting.
