A relaxed family holiday house, furnished simply and comfortably. Lovely veiw from the lapa overlooking the river, where we spend most of our time in hammocks and around the fire. Small grassed area to relax on next to the stoep or play a ball game or two. Enjoy the convenience of stocked wood for the braai upon arrival. Additional bags can be purchased from David for R50 each. The house is serviced daily, ensuring a comfortable stay, with a R700 cleaning fee applied to all departures. Linen and towels are provided for all guests. The farmhouse sleeps 14 guests comfortably. It features four bedrooms, each with a double bed and two rooms with bunks beds. There are two Bathrooms in the house, which all guests share. A small outbuilding hosts two guests with its own bathroom. This St Francis Bay holiday rental welcomes pets on request, ensuring your furry friends can join the fun. Please note the property is not fenced. Cellphone signals are available at the top of the driveway for those needing occasional connectivity during their stay. There is no TV or wifi.

Description
Riverhouse at Linderhof is a charming vacation home situated on the riverbanks of a farm in Kromme River, St Francis Bay. This accommodation offers guests a tranquil stay with spectacular sunsets with starlit nights from the patio. Riverhouse comprises 3 cabins, a family cottage and the main house which can collectively accommodate up to 10 guests. There are a total of 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a double bed with two single beds. The remaining bedrooms are all furnished with a double bed. All of the bathrooms are fitted with a shower, toilet and washbasin. There’s also a separate toilet. The open-plan kitchen situated in the main house is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The living area is furnished with a lounge suite and a freestanding fireplace. There’s a dining table with chairs and the sliding doors lead to the balcony which has outdoor furniture. Guests can sit and relax on the riverbank which has loungers and braai facilities. This rustic paradise has little phone signal and no TV, making it the perfect place to switch off. Secure parking is available on the premises.
