House Rules
Check-in is after 14:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.
A maximum of 8 guests is permitted per stay. No ragers or matriculation parties (end of November) are allowed, as the property is situated in a peaceful environment.
Swimming is not permitted after 22:00 PM.
Pets are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Guests stay at their own risk, and the owners are not liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage. Use of the pool, stairs, and facilities is at the guests’ own discretion.
Prior to departure, guests are required to gather used towels, dispose of all rubbish, switch off lights and appliances, return the keys, and ensure the apartment is securely locked.
