House Rules
A daily cleaning service is provided for the outside fire pit and braai area. The estate staff can also clean the inside fireplace upon direct request.
Two canoes and oars are available for use on the lagoon, and life jackets are stored in the cabinet below the Wi-Fi router. Guests must carry the equipment to and from the water and return it to its original storage spot after use. Canoes, oars, and life jackets must not be left in the water or near the shore, and guests will be held liable for replacement costs if any equipment is lost or stolen.
A communal swimming pool and play area are located within the complex, and guests are required to observe the pool rules displayed on the gate.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests who smoke outside must dispose of cigarette butts responsibly in the ashtrays or bins provided, and are requested not to leave them on the grass or around the property.
Refuse bags must be left outside by the back kitchen door for collection by the estate cleaning staff.
To respect neighbouring properties, noise levels must be kept to a minimum and loud music must be turned off after 22:00. Parties or events are not permitted on the premises.
