Lovely premises but rude staff members. I had an issue with my room key card. It kept getting deactivated because apparently the battery on the door was flat. When I went downstairs on the morning of Friday 02/2025, the bald-headed receptionist was rude. She told me to go back upstairs and keep swiping the card over and over till eternity. It will eventually work. I walked back upstairs to try the card again. Then, after a few minutes of being stuck outside my door, I went back downstairs where another lovely receptionist easily asked maintenance to go up with me. The maintenance guy tried my key card and had the same issue. Then he used his key card to open the door for me. Poor. Noisy room no. 26. Next to foyer and onto car park. No USB point in room for charging phone. Floor felt sticky underfoot. Cockroach in bathroom. Aircon very loud but at least drowned out the partying guests in the foyer/breakfast area that went on until at least midnight.
