Lovely premises but rude staff members. I had an issue with my room key card. It kept getting deactivated because apparently the battery on the door was flat. When I went downstairs on the morning of Friday 02/2025, the bald-headed receptionist was rude. She told me to go back upstairs and keep swiping the card over and over till eternity. It will eventually work. I walked back upstairs to try the card again. Then, after a few minutes of being stuck outside my door, I went back downstairs where another lovely receptionist easily asked maintenance to go up with me.
