Basically everything you need with the most beautiful stars. The accommodation is basic and exactly what we needed.

We were well received and given directions, very good service. Rock Cabin was perfect for an overnight stay, beautiful characterful cottage.

Directions to Rock Cabin were a bit sparse. We figured it out when we started asking around. Yes, it was perfect. Made a nice fire and spent a good evening with wine. Everything worked. Basic but good. There was WiFi, but we couldn't find the password anywhere.

Perfect after a long day of driving. Rock Cabin is a lovely, cosy little place to stay. It's very small, but that was a plus in the winter cold. The hot water in the shower didn't have a constant flow, so it was cold, hot, cold, hot. Again, the fireplace/braai inside the unit made up for it. The internet was down initially (there's no cellphone reception and WiFi is essential for contact with the outside world), but the staff sorted it out in no time. The only criticism I can make is that it should be advertised with the unit that cars with low ground clearance should definitely not stay at the Rock Cabin. It's extremely rocky with steep ups and downs. Luckily I didn't have a problem, but it can be extremely frustrating after a long day on the road if you can't get to your place to sleep.

Nice, quiet and unique. A very nice place to stay, doesn't just feel like an overnight stop on the way to your getaway, but part of your getaway.

Have a nice time! It has improved so much since I last stayed here. Very rustic, but has everything! Could only get a wine bottle opener, sans everything 100%. Sometimes turnout was something really special!

Ideal for a one night stay. Value for money. Slightly 'rustic'. East sun burns you from the porch so can't sit outside and enjoy morning coffee. Clean and tidy, otherwise comfortable.
