Rondekuil Estates is situated a 10-minute drive from Durbanville and a 25-minute drive from the heart of Cape Town. Rondekuil is located between rolling hills and has breathtaking views of the Boland mountains and Table Mountain.
Rondekuil Estates comprises 10 separate units, offering privacy and comfortable accommodation for guests. There are 5 Country Lodge units, 2 Old Farm Houses, 2 Leeulaagte Cottages, and 1 Rondawel. Country Lodge 1 has 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and a large, open-plan kitchen, a lounge and dining area. It has thatch ceilings and the floors are tiled. There is also a cosy fireplace for guests to enjoy on those cold winter days and nights. This unit also has a balcony with beautiful views of the vineyards. It has a fenced lawn at the back for kids to play in and to keep pets. Country Lodge 2, 3, 4 and 5 each have 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. All of the units have patios with beautiful views.
The Old Farm House 1 is split into 2 spacious rooms. There is a patio with views over the gardens and the fields. These apartments, which are also pet-friendly, is normally rented out for medium to long time periods, but are also available for short-term accommodation. Old Farmhouse 2 is furnished with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a open-plan lounge and dining room. The unit has front garden where guests can relax on easy chairs and have access to braai facilities.
Leeulaagte comprises 2 Cape-Colonial style houses, each with a spacious patio where guests can relax while enjoying beautiful views of the swimming pool, dam, garden, fields and the river. Each house comprises 2 bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom in each. The kitchen is decorated with granite tops and is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, indoor braai, 2-plate stove, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery. Between the 2 houses, there is a sheltered braai and swimming pool area.
The Rondawel is decorated in an Africa theme and can accommodate up to 6 persons at a time. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share a family bathroom. It has an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area as well as a chill room on a mezzanine floor where guests can relax.
Additional facilities services and facilities include daily cleaning of the units, TVs with DStv and free Wi-Fi for all guests. The conference facilities can accommodate up to 180 guests, ideal for small weddings, parties or team building.
