Bookings more than 7 nights will include a complimentary full service apartment clean once per week.
House Rules
No parties or events – Noise monitor installed to protect neighbours.
Maximum 4 guests – No unregistered overnight guests allowed.
Care with towels & bedding – Avoid makeup/hair product marks; use provided “Make-up Cloth.”
No pets allowed.
Parking – Only in the 2 bays allocated to Apartment 303.
Before leaving – Switch off all lights and appliances.
Keys & remotes – Take care; replacement costs apply if lost.
No smoking or vaping – Strictly prohibited indoors and on the property; no illegal substances. Extra cleaning charges may apply for violations.
Noise monitor active – Ensures guest comfort and protects against complaints.
For bookings that exceed 7 days, there is a weekly complimentary clean with fresh linens and towels.
