Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.
No noise is allowed between 21:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
Parties are not permitted at this establishment.
No visitors are allowed.
The individual making the reservation must be staying at the property.
There is a CCTV system on the property for personal safety and security.
Please note that there are resident cats on the premises. Guests are kindly asked not to let them into the bedroom.
This accommodation does have a generator in the case of loadshedding, however, guests are asked to restrict the use of air-conditioning during this time.
