Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide their full names, identification details, details of any children travelling, vehicle registration numbers, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially. Failure to submit the required details in advance may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All properties are strictly non-smoking. Guests accept full responsibility for all minors and visitors during their stay. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, is provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged on request with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and will incur an additional charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is required prior to check-in. The amount varies depending on the standard of the establishment and may be adjusted at the owner’s or management’s discretion.
Electricity usage is subject to a fair use policy, allowing for a reasonable daily consumption. In the event of unusually high usage, an additional charge may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250.00 applies for arrivals between 21:00 PM and 00:00 AM, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00 AM, a fee of R350.00 applies.
