No music or televisions are allowed.
Minors need adult supervision at all times.
Day visitors of guests will be allowed prior to arrangement and fees be paid in advance.
The establishment is not suitable for pets.
Fishing is only allowed when to catch and release.
The gathering of wood is strictly prohibited.
No feeding or disturbing of the wildlife is allowed.
No quad-bikes allowed.
Any guests who abuse the house or its facilities in any manner, leaving it in an unreasonably dirty or spoiled state, including the linen and towels, will be charged a penalty charge which amount will be utilised to rehabilitate the house and its facilities in an attempt to return it to its original condition.
