The started off poorly as our unit was not cleaned by check-in. Only got access to the unit by 17:30 with still some cleaning to be done.

Consider more cleaning staff to ensure units are ready by check-in time or change times. Also consider adding cost of cleaning and towels hire to overall cost. Less admin to be done. Other than this was a good stay. The unit itself is beautiful and our stay was pleasant once we got access to the unit. The staff tried their best to assist us though.
