• No parties or events. This is a peaceful space intended for quiet enjoyment.
• Only the registered guests will be allowed on the premises. For safety and security, please do not invite additional visitors.
• Only one (1) secure parking space available on the premises per booking.
• Be mindful of noise. Out of respect for our neighbours, keep noise to a reasonable level, especially after 11pm.
• Unfortunately, our unit is not pet-friendly.
• No commercial photography and filming allowed.
