Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please be advised that a 4x4 vehicle is required to access the property due to sandy roads.
All pets must be kept on a leash as there are other dogs on the estate.
A compulsory staff tip of R70 per day is required for the housekeeper. This includes the day of arrival and departure and must be paid in cash directly to the housekeeper on the departure date. The housekeeper’s working hours are from 8:00 to 16:00 daily. If arrival is after 16:00, the keys will be with the gate security. Guests should collect the keys at the gate to gain access to the house.
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 applies and will be refunded within two weeks of departure.
Loud music, parties, and functions are not permitted. All guests must comply with the estate rules. Noise is strictly prohibited between 22:00 and 06:00. Non-compliance will result in a warning. If the issue occurs again, the full breakage deposit will be forfeited. Continued non-compliance may result in guests being asked to vacate the property immediately, with no refund for any unused nights.
Kindly bring food and drinks, drinking water, charcoal, adapter plugs, beach towels, and personal items such as soaps, lotions, and other toiletries.
