Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R15000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
-The Villa is serviced daily from Monday to Friday 09:00 to 12:00 and additional cleaning days are available at an extra fee.
- ID verification is requested on arrival.
- No smoking inside the unit. You may smoke in designated areas outside where ashtrays are provided.
- No illegal substances will be tolerated.
- No illegal activity will be tolerated.
- No pets are permitted.
- No parties or events.
- The maximum property capacity is 8 booked guests.
- No loud music between 10h00pm - 8h00am on weekdays and 11h00pm - 8h00am on weekends.
- Cameras are stationed at all entry points for your safety and the hosts.
- The hosts understand that accidents happen. But the hosts do ask that you please let them know when they do. Chances are the hosts can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned to you.
- Disclaimer conditions of occupancy: It is a condition of occupancy that the owner will not be held responsible for loss or damage of any property brought on to the premises, whether arising from fire, theft, or from any other cause and by whomsoever caused or arising from the negligence (gross or otherwise) or wrongful act of any person in the employ of the owner.
- Overnight occupation is strictly according to the number of persons as per the reservation contract.
- Please do not leave children unattended. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool area. The owners do not accept liability for any incident related to the swimming pool as this area is not childproof.
- The hosts would appreciate a clean villa on departure.
