Description
San Lameer Style is a tastefully furnished villa situated in the tranquil San Lameer Estate, a premier golfing estate in Southbroom.
The villa can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the second bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, while a separate bathroom fitted with a shower is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer. A dining table that seats 6 people is available in the dining area, while the lounge has comfortable couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. The living area opens onto an enclosed patio with braai facilities and an outdoor seating area. Guests are also provided with access to free Wi-Fi.
To mitigate the impact of loadshedding an inverter and a gas hob with a whistling kettle have been installed. This ensures operational functionality for most of the electrical outlets during loadshedding. Guests are requested to exercise judicious use of the provided resources and to refrain from using high-load appliances that may rapidly deplete the battery's capacity.
The estate offers a hotel with a spa as well as a restaurant, an 18-hole golf course, a bowling green, tennis courts, squash courts, 2 swimming pools, a lagoon with paddle boats, birding trails, a mountain bike trail, and direct access to a beach with lifeguards.
