Wonderful safe rest in nature. Lovely villa with lawn and rippling pond. Conveniently close to the pool and easy walk to the sea. Service from management was excellent. Watching the crowned eagle and chick was special. We will definitely come again.

Relaxing and fulfilling. Great location and very secure estate with beach access and secure parking. Great ablutions right off the beach and showers. There is so much to do at this place, and you can hire anything you need from golf clubs to bicycles and bowls. Great golf course and awesome beach.

Not a good stay. Villa 2103 has been a nightmare. Southbroom suffers from loadshedding like the rest of the country, however, in 2103 Villa you suffer the most. You have no water and no electricity (no inverter or any backup power) you can flush the toilet, but you can't shower even when the electricity is on. I'll recommend guests to choose only a villa with backup power. No power, no water! On arrival the reception in San Lameer asked me to pay for parking, I asked why because I did pay. Their answer was that the owner didn't pay his levies therefore I needed to pay. I refused and after a while Top Destination said that they will sort it out for me. We left 2103 and we moved to a nicer villa. But still, we had some water issues. I've added more money for the move. I had no choice. Overall a bad experience.

The villa was small but clean and central. Shower very small and upstairs, not in main room. Kids rooms all upstairs. No Weber braai as per picture. Very centrally located, clean and had all amenities.
