Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Please ensure you have a valid vehicle licence disc and driver’s licence to enter the estate.
Please note that access to the estate will not be granted until the account has been paid in full.
The host requires FICA documentation to grant access to the estate, including:
Proof of residence
Copy of ID
Bank-stamped banking details for the refundable breakage deposit
Guests are required to pre-register using the facial recognition link sent via email prior to arrival to avoid delays during the check-in process.
No cash is accepted on the estate.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels and dishwashing tablets if the villa has a dishwasher.
A starter pack is provided on arrival but will not be replenished. This includes hand soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. A R1000 fine will be levied for any violations.
The maximum occupancy of the villa may not be exceeded. Exceeding the villa’s maximum capacity may result in eviction and penalty fees.
A fee of R400 will be deducted from the breakage deposit if departure occurs after 10:00.
Guests are required to ensure that all doors and windows are locked when leaving the villa to prevent access by monkeys.
Pets are not allowed on the estate.
Trailers, motorbikes, and motorised boats must be parked in designated areas only.
Guests are required to inspect the villa inventory upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately.
All furniture, equipment, and appliances must be left in their original condition, allowing for reasonable wear and tear.
Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the breakage deposit and replaced at the guest’s expense. If the damage exceeds the breakage deposit, clients will be liable for the difference payable within 30 days after departure.
The host reserves the right to cancel any letting due to damage or disturbance.
Daily servicing is available between 08:00 and 14:00, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Towels are changed every second day and linen every fifth day. Standard villas do not receive daily service and are serviced every fifth day for linen and towel changes only.
The host accepts no liability for injury, death, loss, damage, or expenses arising from various factors, including natural events, theft, government actions, limitations, travel restrictions, and unforeseen emergencies.
Refunds may be considered for unforeseen emergencies, subject to appropriate supporting documentation being submitted to management.
