Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R2 000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Vehicle entry permits will be deducted from the breakage deposit at a rate of R20.00 per day per vehicle for the first 3 days.
Guests must ensure they have a valid driver’s licence and vehicle licence disc to gain access to the estate. Access will not be granted until the account has been paid in full.
The following FICA documentation is required prior to arrival: proof of residence, a copy of ID, and bank-stamped bank details for the refundable breakage deposit.
Guests are required to complete the pre-registration process using the facial recognition link sent via email before arrival to avoid delays during check-in.
Guests must bring their own beach towels, dishcloths, and dishwasher tablets where applicable. A starter pack containing soap, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid is provided on arrival only and will not be replenished.
Please note that cash is not accepted on the estate.
Late departure will incur a fee of R400.00, which will be deducted from the breakage deposit if guests check out after 10:00.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all villas. A penalty of R1,000.00 will apply for any violations.
No overcrowding is permitted, and exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in eviction and additional penalty fees.
Monkeys are common in the area. Guests are advised to ensure all doors and windows are securely closed when leaving the villa.
A refundable breakage deposit applies. Guests must inspect the villa upon arrival and report any discrepancies immediately. All furniture, equipment, and appliances must be left in their original condition, allowing for fair wear and tear. Damaged or missing items will be deducted from the breakage deposit, and any amount exceeding the deposit will be charged to the guest within 30 days after departure.
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to damage or disturbance.
Pets are not permitted on the estate.
The host and management accept no liability for injury, loss, damage, or expenses arising from natural events, theft, government actions, travel restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Emergency cancellations may be considered with valid supporting documentation submitted to management.
Daily servicing is available between 08:00 and 14:00. Towels are changed every 2nd day and linen every 5th day. Please note that standard villas do not receive daily servicing and only include a linen and towel change every 5th day.
